A Story of Friendship
TINTO is born from friendship, from sharing with friends, and from enjoying good meat and good wine. The opening of the first TINTO in the city of La Paz over 3 years ago marked the beginning of our story with this concept of friendship, family, and business.
Our Arrival in Santa Cruz
After the pandemic, we were contacted from Santa Cruz, specifically from the building Block 40, where the gastronomic project BOCA MIXTURA, composed of 6 restaurants, was being developed. They chose us to lead the grilled meat proposal. We accepted the challenge with enthusiasm and, after traveling, evaluating, and assuming the risk of entering the Santa Cruz market, we exceeded expectations by far in our first year of operations.

We are pioneers in providing a high-quality educational wine experience, featuring RIEDEL crystal glasses, ideal for wine, and we are distributors of several wineries from Argentina and in the process of acquiring wines from Europe.
Our cellars in La Paz and Santa Cruz are the heart of our value proposition.
Wine Cellar
At TINTO LA PAZ, we have an underground cellar with over 1000 wines, featuring all the wineries from Tarija and wineries from around the world. In Santa Cruz, we have the largest wine cellar in Bolivia, a two-story wine cellar, where the first floor is dedicated to national wines and the second floor to international wines. Our customers can choose from the cellar’s wines and experience something unique at TINTO.

We prioritize customer satisfaction, we want the customer to eat and drink wine at ease; we don’t aim for turnover, which makes the experience different. At TINTO, you come to enjoy and relax, where we invest in that, in comfortable chairs, acoustics, and other factors that make people not want to leave.

Commitment to Excellence
We also believe that Tarija will become the wine tourism destination, which is why we have two very important projects: CASA TINTO, a wine house for daily accommodation for tourists who enjoy staying here and visiting wineries, and the most ambitious project is the first WINE RESORT in Bolivia, which is in the planning stages but will be a significant contribution to Tarija’s tourism sector and to the wine industry.
